Bypassing Mobile Carrier White-Lists & Configuring Xray Fragmentation

When mobile carriers enforce strict "White-List" filtering (blocking all foreign IPs), follow these steps to restore full internet access.

  1. Step 

    Verify Basic Carrier Connectivity Without VPN

    Disconnect VPN and check if domestic white-listed sites (Yandex, VK, Rutube) load over mobile data. If they do not load either, mobile data is completely down in your area.

  2. Step 

    Refresh Subscription & Pick xHTTP / White-List Nodes

    Refresh your subscription list first to pull the latest relay IPs. On restricted mobile data, select nodes labeled xHTTP, White-List / Белый русский 🇷🇺, or YT & DS Auto. Do not use White-List nodes on home Wi-Fi.

  3. Step 

    Enable Xray TLS Fragmentation & Noises

    In your client settings (Happ / INCY / Shadowrocket), enable Fragmentation:
    • Packets: tlshello
    • Length: 10-100
    • Interval: 10-50 ms
    • Enable Xray Noises to randomize packet signatures.
